Mr. Lowery brings more than more than 15 years’ of information technology experience in his role as CTO. After graduating Boston College, Mr. Lowery worked for General Electric as a developer and project manager. He has also co-founded and exited two businesses that served enterprise customers in regulated industries. In his role at MobileGuard, he is responsible for managing the development and engineering of the company’s portfolio of mobile compliance tools across an international customer base.

Mr. Warrene comes from a background in operations and technology in financial services, having served in management roles within CBIZ, ING and Pacific Life. He also launched and exited from a social media archiving solution that served regulated industries. Mr. Warrene is responsible for the day to day operations at MobileGuard as it transforms into an international solutions provider for mobile compliance.
