MessageGuard is a listening app installed on Android and Blackberry devices for archiving native SMS/MMS messaging (inbound and outbound). This app can also capture call logs, contact and GPS data. All data is archived back to the MobileGuard administrative console.
NetGuard is a carrier integrated solution supporting any device capable of sending and receiving SMS/MMS messaging on an approved carrier network. This supports corporate liable devices and NO software is required on the mobile devices. This supports Android, Blackberry, iPhone and Windows Phone as well as non-smart phones. An application install for iOS devices that provides a virtual phone number and a container-based approach with a phone dialer, support for voice and voicemail as well as text messaging. Calls and text messages can be recorded and archived. App to app messaging is encrypted. This solution is ideal for iPhone environments where BYOD and international users are included. All data is archived back to the MobileGuard administrative console.
An iPhone simple mobile device management solution for companies with less than 200 devices. Supports the Apple DEP program as well as phones that are manually put into supervised mode. Allows for the turning off of iMessage, remote lock and unlock as well as remote erasure of iPhones over the Internet. This can be managed from the MobileGuard administrative console.

In order to capture SMS and MMS messages without an over the top application, MobileGuard has partnered with AT&T and Verizon. Our MessageGuard solution can capture inbound and outbound content on any US carrier however it does require the use of a lightweight application and is only available for Android and blackberry. Additionally, we are in the process of expanding to numerous international markets in the coming months.
This varies by carrier. AT&T allows for personally owned and company owned devices to be provisioned using MobileGuard’s technology. However, Verizon wireless only supports company owned devices.
No, both NetGuard and MessageGuard work using a client’s existing mobile number. As such there is no need to change SIM cards, use a virtual phone number or change phone numbers.
Once your company has purchased one of our compliance solutions each device must undergo a simple provisioning process. The provisioning process is completed in association with your companies IT department. The end user simply needs to answer “Yes” to a provisioning text message sent from the carrier to verify that they are aware of the implementation of our solution.
By law only business-related correspondence is required to be aggregated and stored by financial services and government entities. As such MobileGuard has implemented a white list solution to prevent sensitive personal / medical conversations from being aggregated.
MobileGuard has data centers with Rackspace as well as Amazon (GovCloud). They are multi-tenant with option for dedicated hosting at additional expense. GovCloud supports encryption at rest requirements for government buyers, but can also be used by any customer seeking these additional capabilities.
Our software is installed on your servers. These can be traditional hardware or virtual servers. Our on Premise model is only available to users with more than 200 devices in their mobile environment.

Apple has locked the iMessage protocol (for iPhone to iPhone messaging that uses data and not the carrier wireless service). Apple also has a device enrollment program (DEP) that allows for organizations to disable iMessage while still keeping the Messages app active for SMS and MMS messaging.
